Qualities of ESD products

Specially conductive carbon fibres are added to the plastic during production. These fibres enable charges to be harmlessly discharged and protect the product in the process. Plastics like packing chips, bubble wrap and stretch foil frequently trigger powerful discharges and should not be used as a packing material for electric devices for this reason.
