Liner bags
Liners for the bag-in-box system
If you have selected the innovative bag-in-box system made by AUER Packaging, you will certainly be interested in the IBC bags that are used with them. The liner bags are membranes in which liquids or other substances can be securely packed and turn the bag-in-box system into a reusable transport system. The box can be folded together after the liner bag is removed, a feature that will reduce the amount of space needed for return transports. This represents a considerable cost edge over other IBC systems.
Membrane plan: a huge range of sizes
The bag-in-box system is designed for 500 litres and 1,000 litres of content. But you can also order IBC liner bags with capacities of 250 litres. The liners come with a variety of inlets and outlet valves. The outlet valves can also be delivered with a closure or valve. If you need to connect the bag-in-box system to a number of different pipe types, you can select from a range of adapters equipped with seals from our line of accessories.
Germ free: the aseptic liner
We also offer an aseptic liner to transport very sensitive liquids. The liners are exposed to gamma radiation, a step that makes them completely germ free. Following the treatment, they are packed individually in a sterile bag. The high-energy gamma rays destroy the DNA of microorganisms and render them harmless – an effective and environmentally conscious alternative to chemical sterilisation. The aseptic liners come in the same size and valve models as the standard liners. They are particularly designed for pharmaceutical products. But they are used in the food industry as well.
